GVAA has a new billing company

We are happy to announce that as of 9.1.24, Fusion Anesthesia Solutions (FAS) provides billing services to all GVAA patients.

Patients can reach FAS by calling (833)-578-6434. Hours of operation are 7:00am - 3:00pm MST.

Patients can also pay their bill online through the FAS portal at https://patients.availity.com

Patients using the online portal will need a copy of their statement ID, access code and patient account number. Below is an example Fusion Anesthesia Solutions billing statement that highlights the required fields for online payment:
